Hi everyone, this is my first post, I had my surgery May 16th. Since then I lost 14 lb but for the last week it has completely stopped. I usually eat about 800-1000 calories a day and walk about a mile or swim for 45 min. A typical day for me is 2 eggs for breakfast and 1 slice of rye toast, lunch. Chicken salad on spinach, and fish or turkey for dinner. I'm sticking to one cup. I don't have tons of restriction but do notice I stay fuller longer. I go for my first fill on June 11, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm just not losing. Any suggestions?
