Ups and downs

I have been struggling with the last 40lbs I want to lose for a year now. I had my surgery sept 2010 and was at 318, and am now 202ish. I have got down to like 198 and 199 twice for only a few days then right back up to 205-210. I eat very healthy and I run and nothing..... Any tips would be great I don't want to be stuck at this weight forever.

Good morning. I too was at a stall for 9 months. I recently started taking the chewable chocolate vitamin D tablets. I take two daily and , I don't know for sure uf this is the reason but I have started losing again. More probably ii is the new atkins diet i have loosely been following and I find it has curbed my appetite for sweets.

If you want you can get the book Choose To Lose- The 7-Day Carb Cycle Solution. I know Mis73 uses it when she hits a plateau and she has lost like 200 pounds. I got the book for future use,I have not yet been banded that happens next Tuesday. Just thought I'd mention it. Good luck. It was only like 10,00 dollars.
