  1. I have been struggling with the last 40lbs I want to lose for a year now. I had my surgery sept 2010 and was at 318, and am now 202ish. I have got down to like 198 and 199 twice for only a few days then right back up to 205-210. I eat very healthy and I run and nothing..... Any tips would be great I don't want to be stuck at this weight forever.
  2. I have been banded since sept 2010 and have lost 111lbs, although I have been losing and gaining the same 10lbs over and over again since Nov. Very frustrated! I just want to lose 40 more lbs!
