It's very common until you get your fills and they eventually hit your "sweet spot".

But it's only been a week...I start mushy food tomorrow...I hope it helps

I was also banded on the 30th. I was allowed mushy foods on Friday. If I keep my protein shakes around me, even at work, I am okay. I have also been eating soap...I am shocked though, the shakes do better for me. Today is my first post op appointment, hopefully will be released to more food now, though.

I found the same to be true with my shakes and soups and after an hour in the soup aisle looking at lables.. they have very little protein in them. i was shocked.
