Brusing

I am five days post op. The bruises around my incisions are turning yellow. Is this normal? My rest of my bruises are almost in technicolor.... But I just noticed these yellow ones. Also, I am avoiding the temptation not to scratch my incisions but they are starting to itch. I assume this is just the healing process?
