Port location?

Anyone else have a port right in the middle, like 2 inches above your belly button? I am afraid this will look really wired when I get to goal.

Yeah I do and I keep reading where some have an incision at the belly button or below. all my incisions are well above my belly button. I wonder what the difference is.

Mine is the upper left side of my stomach, about 3" ABOVE the belly button. And after losing almost 100 lbs, it's very pronounced, like a little alien coming outa my tummy! You can't really see it thru clothes, but can definitely feel it.

I believe they can change the port to one of the newer low profile ports. I've heard some bandsters at my doctor's office, say that they did the switch after they lost so much weight, that the original port stuck out.
