weight watchers

Has anyone done weight watchers few years after weight loss surgery? I'm not having much weight loss success anymore so I wanted to get back on the wagon my husband is going to do it so I was gonna join to is that horrible ?

    Can't see how trying to improve your health is horrible. I think you are to be commended. No educated person is going to fault weight watchers. It is a successful, safe way to lise weight if followed.

Why horrible? WW has one of the best programs out there for nutritionally balanced eating. Now whether it is compatible with your band is another matter. Besides, having your husband as a partner will make it better for both of you.

Can't see how trying to improve your health is horrible. I think you are to be commended. No educated person is going to fault weight watchers. It is a successful, safe way to lise weight if followed. Problem for me was a joined probably 10+ times but couldn't last.

I say do what works for you. Some do Atkins (low carb), some do paleo, some just track calories.

Weight Watchers is just another way of eating. If works for you- go for it.

I rejoined Weight Watchers last week too. I seem to be in a holding pattern with my weight loss for awhile now. I still need to lose 28 pounds to be at the top end of what is considered a healthy weight and need to push past this self-imposed stall.

Yea I was doing good than I got pregnant and was still doing great until my last trimester n I got it bad habits and havnt been able to shake them .. My husband is doing weight watchers n I just think it would be good if we were both doing the same thing ..
