I started with the seminar in July. they told me I needed to lose 5% of my weight b4 surgery. told me to start counting calories, 1200, watch fat 40 grams, limit carbs 30/60. Ok each day I logged what I ate - good or bad. I would not have been able to change how I ate if I didn't really see what I had been eating!
Start at the beginning log it all. It makes you so much more accountable. soon you will get back in the groove, doing what you did b4 pregnancy.
YOU did it once you can do it again. this is not a race, this is life. you want to be the healthiest momma ever!!!
    YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!
