So, I have a tentative surgery date of June 17th!!! Super super excited! My primary care doctor already gave me the green light! I get my pre-approval blood work done tomorrow and my Letter of Necessity will be ready for me by this Friday. I do my psych eval next Thursday and my first dietician appointment next Wednesday. Hoping that my insurance approval paper work will be sent in by 5/20/13. Praying that the approval comes back quickly! My pre-op appointment with my surgeon and my cardiopulmonary test are on the same day (6/3/13). This is all happening so quickly and I am trying my best to keep my anxiety at bay! I decided to go with the gastric sleeve. Anyone else going in June?

Good luck don't feel bad if the insurance denies you I was denied like 4 times my doctor actually personally called and argued with my insurance company for 30 minutes on Monday the 29 th they finally said yes my doctor basically threw me in the OR the next morning it's been one week I'm feeling great and down 12lbs!

My bmi was 38 and I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and sleep apnea....my insurance company was being bla over 40 u should have no issue
