im doing well. Carolina girl coached me in the process, I followed her advise and I was approved!! Ive never been told that I wasn't fat enough for something. I was on the brink of self pay too, but I stod up for what I believed and the surgery cost me $25. I have my appeal letter saved on my work computer, when I return Monday and you want a copy of it Ill email it to you.

I was banded 4/29 I was miserable with the gas too! I walked went for a ride in the car but what did it for me was mylicon chewable gas relief, I laid on my back with feet elevated and put the heating pad on my stomach gas moved and I feel 100% better

lapband on Monday. I haven't taken any pain meds because they make me feel so weird. I am very bloated and miserable from the gas. I cant get the gas to move. Im not hurting but I am VERY sore. Will pain rx help??

well as you know ive been worried about extra cost for plication. Tricare wouldn't cover any complications f I had plication since its not FDA approved ~~ guess the good lord made my decision. I only need to lose 5o-6o lbs I feel like I can do it with the band!!

The doctors office called me today to tell me the IRB still hasn't approved plication. I am going on and having the band Monday.
