First Day Full Liquid

Today is my first full day on full liquids. My surgery was on the 25th. I just had my first protein shake. Was only able to drink about 4-5oz. My left shoulder still hurts. Any advice for this time? When should I go #2?

      I am 4 years out and I still get that pain in the back on my left shoulder some times. The best thing when this happens is to move. Walk around. Also sometimes gas-x will help. Hang in there.

    I would try 2-3 oz at the top of each hour, then drink hydrating fluids in between.
