Hey I dnt get my first fill til June 3, but I'm SO hungry I dnt kno wht to do. Can anybody plz helppppppppp me? Oan I got my surgery the 23 of this month.

    You only had your surgery 4 days ago so I'm guessing you're still on liquids? Unfortunately, you're just going to have to tough through it, especially while you're still healing on the post op phase

Unfortunately, you're just going to have to tough through it, especially while you're still healing on the post op phase. Drink as many Protein shakes as you're allowed because protein staves off the hunger longer.

Hang in there, it gets easier once you're back on normal food.

I am postop day 5 and I know How u feel. I purchased the Big lap band book and there are lots of ideas in there that might help. Chew gum and drink protein it does help. Hang in there. Yesterday I was questioning whether I could do it. Together we can...never alone
