At first I didn't want to post cuz I have not lost as much as I wanted and actually gained weight. First pic 4/6/12 339 lbs 2nd pic around /15/13 272 lbs 3rd pic 4/6/13 277 lbs.( 5 lbs gain ) getting back on the bandwagon is not easy but I'm pushing to get back on track. I know what I need to do I'm slowly getting it together. :-)

You lost a lot. Getting back on the wagon is not easy but you can do it.

Slow and steady wins the race!! Plus 70 lbs in one year is not SLOW.....WTG

Keep it up!! Looking good! Thank you for posting!!

Outstanding!!!

70lbs girl! That's incredible. You got this.

You look GREAT!

And btw, i remember when I was brand new to this site I loved reading your posts! (Havent seen ya here in a while, but thats probably because I haven't been as active as I used to be)

70 pounds in 1 year is awesome! Give yourself some credit for all of your hard work and take a moment to reflect on how far you've come in a very short time. Great job!

Thanks everyone. ! I lost most of that in the 1st 6 months, and have been holding or gaining the 2 nd 6 months. Which is why I think I feel a bit discouraged,

@Lapbandster you haven't heard much from me cuz I haven't been consistent on this site. But I'm refocusing and trying to climb back on the wagon. I've been coming on here more consistently the last few weeks being inspired by everyone's stories !! Which is what made me post my success because I know it can help someone else :-)

Do you have my fitness pal? It's an awesome app with lots of motivating people! I would suggest it. Great way to keep yourself accountable! 70 lbs is amazing. You did that!!! You can do it again :)

You look great and have come a long way. Remember slow and steady wins the race, this is a life time change.

Keep up the great work, huge difference in the pics!!

You can see a significant difference in your pictures. Get back on track and keep with it!
