Talk to a nutritionist. A life of nothing but soft or ground foods sounds tortuous. It sounds like too big a bite or too much fill.

I've been banded for about 4 years. I truly struggle with my daily diet. you know, what to eat, what not to eat?
I have no problems taking my Protein shakes, it's really just a problem planning regular meals. I typically get stuck with any kind of meats (with the exception of ground turkey). Soups either are too high in calories or unsatisfying. Call me crazy, buy prefer to chew my food. Yogurt and puddings are not constantly on my grocery list.
So, my question is: what do you typically eat in a day? recipes are welcome (with the understanding I can't eat chicken ect.). I call that "dinner and a show!"
