Well I gulped instead of sipped and it hurt!

Sip, sip, sip and definitely stick to liquids for 24 hours before trying soft foods again.

I am glad you are feeling some restriction after your first fill! I hear so many times on here that you might not feel any restriction until your 2nd or 3rd fill. I've got my first fill scheduled for this Friday and I am hoping for some restriction too. I'm not counting on it...just really hoping! Cheers to your first fill!
