Well if you're not at least in the mushy phase then no, you can't have it. Once you are on mushies you can put it through the blender then have it.

Why did you get the band? To go against everything the doctor said. You have to rest the area and liquids. Call your doctor and ask before you try any more foods

I have been on the liquids today 7 days, I think I am ready for the next step but I don't know what to have I have a appt tomorrow I will see then thanks everyone
