Medical Alert Bracelet

Does anyone here who has been banded wear a medical alert bracelet or dog tags? I was just thinking about how this might be important post-banding.

    what does it look like or say? I have heard of them...I filled out paperwork for it but never got it.....I think the boogy man took mine

    the card has my name, date of surgery, doctor's name and phone number, band size and it says the card holder has the band etc. and also for restaurants, please allow the person to order smaller portions. I have used it in restaurants Reapply for it..
