    This first picture makes me shudder. 310 to 240. Same dress, just looks better now! Got a ways to go, but it is nice to see some change! Also, everyone is so motivating. So glad to be surrounded by everyone here. It is so uplifting to have others support each other on such a significant journey. :)

    Sounds good to me. I got for my 3rd fill on tues. I'm scared because I have been snacking and my scale broke. Which may be a good thing because I was hopping on everyday and my husband didn't like that . Lol
