Hi guys

I'm Julie, 40 years old a d am set to have my lap band on the 6th April

I'm so excited not even thought about being the surgery just want it done

Thought I would share my experience

I started the Pre op diet yesterday and have been advised to go with slim fast and mullet light yogurts, plenty of Water and no sugar juices.

It's day 2 and feeling ok not to bad but after a few more days it may be a different story

I will keep you up to date on my progress

Great start, you are on the way to a new lifestyle. Best wishes!

it will get harder before it gets easier but if your mind game is set on full blown want power, you will succeed far beyond what you could ever imagined for yourself. hang in there and keep drinking
