Driving...

I'm post op day 3 right now. Drove for like 10 min to get the mail and pick something up from a friend. Yeah. That's not comfortable at all! Any tips to make it easier? I have to drive 45 min each way for something tomorrow. :/

I guess it depends on your doctor. I was driving the next day. And by day 2 drove about 200 miles, but totally agree with the no pain meds

Don't take pain meds.

Lol no. Wouldn't attempt that one. I will probably take some liquid Motrin but that's all.

Pls be careful! My doc said no driving for ten days.

Wow! Really? Mine only said 24 hours and then obviously not when taking pain meds. There's no way I could go 10 days without driving. I'm a single mom. There's no one else to do the driving for me. I had a hard time even getting rides for my EGD and my surgery.
