Restriction

I was banded 10/24/12 and have lost just over 50lbs. I had my last fill 3 weeks ago (maybe more) under fluro for the 1st time and had great restriction. Recently in the past 3 days.. I feel sick to my stomach if I eat at night, have more reflux and lots of burping. It feels like I have a gas bubble trapped under my rib cage.

Before this last fill... I would feel really restricted just after the fill and then it would feel "looser" as time went on.

Is it possible that I am actually MORE restricted now and maybe have too much fill? I got sick 2 days ago but not right after I ate so I thought it was a stomach bug (work in dr office and it's a bad one going around... btw). So I wonder if I just irritated my stomach and it's swollen some?

Should I try liquids for a day or two and see if it gets better? I really don't want to take any Fluid out as I like the restriction I had..

If you're having night reflux, I would call your doctor and see what he advises. Reflux is a warning sign of a band too tight.

It's always better safe than sorry so let your doctor decide.

Best wishes.

Also make sure your not eating or drinking within 2 hours of laying down
