What's playing on your iPod?

What are your favorite songs to listen to when working out? I need some new ideas for my workout playlist.

I use Pandora with my own custom stations to keep things fresh. They have special stations just for running or working out.

  • Another rocker chick here! Love my Shinedown, Seether, Chevelle, Bush, Foo Fighters, and Disturbed to get me moving. I save my more mellow tunes for warmup and cool down.

I'm suprised no one has said this already but the Rocky soundtrack. And you can't go wrong with The Pogues.

Ok I have no idea what Pandora is, but it sounds like something I need to check out.
