I had a fill on Jan 24th. (first) is it normal for you to feel like you r in the green, but then after 4-5 Weeks start fighting in between meal hunger again? I eat small meals every 3-4 hours.

I feel myself getting hungrier faster ad the weeks go on. What would have made me full in the beginning doesnt a week later :)

Yes, it is normal. As you lose weight, the fat padding around your stomach shrinks and your band naturally becomes looser. That is why it takes ongoing management for the band to work as an effective tool.

Some would even call it an NSV (non-scale victory) to have your band become looser because you have lost weight!

That is normal for some people.

Some people when they get a fill it can also take a few days or a week to "kick in".

I had 4 fills in total (no defills). I still have my "sweet spot"

Maybe go for a tiny fill.

I am 2 years out on my journey. I am currently receiving fills every 3 to 6 months. My problem is that I am approximately 35 pounds from my goal and cannot get there!!!! I need a mentor, partner, in the Forney, Tx area that can help motivate me and keep me encouraged in this journey. Right now, I feel like I have felled!

I have an appointment on the 25th. Guess I thought that once I felt like I was "green" I would stay there. It's all good, a journey... Thanks for the info! :)
