Medications?

I have adult Attention Deficit and have recently started taking Aderall. It's only 1/2 pill at this time but I also take Fish Oil and vitamin D. I am on pace to get banded in April. Do all pills get stuck? If no liquid alternative, how do you take your OTHER pills???

My dr says if its the size of a tic tac or smaller its fine. If a pill is bigger brake it if you can. Check with your dr.

My surgeon says you can take all pills, just take each one at a time. That said, I think I'll break my larger pills in half because they are pretty big.

I have no problem taking pills.

Just don't crush or break any pills without checking with your pharmacist first. Some are time release and if you crush/break them it can cause an accidental overdose. (in fact that's the case with most ADHD meds)
