Let's Talk Straws....

I understand that they do not want you drinking from a straw because of extra air that can be taken in and could possibly stretch the pouch...

I have been on liquids..well....like forever.....and I am thinking that a straw is just an efficient way to take in Protein shakes and smoothies...and even Soups.

Is this a forever thing? Forever stay away from straws?

I was told no straws ever and absolutley no gum... I don't miss either one... I just drink slowly and try not to gulp...

the one i listen to is my dr and he says no, so no it is

(same with carbonation)

Mine says no as well but I gulp more or when I sip get more air then with the straw.....go figure
