You will likely need to try several different brands to find one or more that you will like. That's important, as shakes will. Be a part of your life fow awhile.

My surgeon advised to only use shakes which have 100% whey isolate Protein, which is considered to be a complete source of protein for bariatric patients.

I like GNC products, but there are many others to choose from. I'm certain that other "vets" will chime in with their favorites.

Best wishes for a successful journey...

GNC Total Lean shakes are really good!

GNC Lean Shakes make some that come pre bottled, they're really good for when you go back to work or on the go. The Strawberries and Cream tastes just like a strawberry milk you'd buy from the store.. and the vanilla bean is very yummy too.

Eas carbadvantage shakes are pretty good.

I went to costco and got 2 huge bags of whey protien, vanilla and chocolate, 140 cals, 3 carbs, 27g protien each scoop. The chocolate isnt all that good, but i fit one in a day because it was expensive lol! The vanilla is pretty good, i mix mine with almond milk, unsweetened, 30 to 40 cals a cup. then about 1/4 to 1/2 berries of peaches pureed. Been on the liquid for a week and a half and its not to bad. I found a sugar free oregon chai tea at walmart..by far my fav with the almond milk and vanilla protien powder. U can also try the espresso syrups sugar free, makes them pretty tasty!
