To Eat or Not?

Hello,

I am getting my first fill on tuesday the 19th at 1:45 should I eat lunch before my fill and if so, what should I eat? :unsure:

My doctor instructed me not to eat 4 hours prior to a fill. However, you should double check with your doctor as they all have different instructions. Good luck!!

Definitely double check with your doctor ahead of time. Most don't want you eating at all right before a fill.

I was never told not to eat before my fill. But then again I always went for my visit's when they first opened up and I wouldn't eat breakfast because I would want to see the lowest weight possible....:)
