  1. Thanks Kim, It helps to know this is normal and I am not alone. Chat room suggested changing up calories for a day so my body doesnt think its starving. Going to try that.
  2. I have been at the same weight for three weeks. I am eating right and exercising like crazy every day. Is this normal. Had surgery in December 2012.
  3. I use to love sour and salty, did not care for sweets at all. Now, other way around. Tough for me. Doctor told me that that is usual, alot of things we liked before we may no longer like and visa versa. The good thing is you can find healthy alternatives to any craving. Good luck.
  4. Hello, I am getting my first fill on tuesday the 19th at 1:45 should I eat lunch before my fill and if so, what should I eat?
  5. I was a vegetarian before I got the band. Now I crave meat. Very strange. Dietitian says I need to eat more protein. Could you all give me some examples of some good tasting high proteins? I am eating meat now. PS did not eat much protein before band.
