Irritated band :(

This morning I woke up feeling a little tight ( has never happened before) but because I read on here that it happens to some people I thought it was ok. As I was drinking my coffee it felt like it wasn't going down right but still I thought it was fine. I went to the gym and the whole time I felt nauseous and like something was stuck. I came home laid down, got up same thing. So I started worrying that maybe my band had slipped. Finally I rang my dr who advised me that something is eaten yesterday had probably irritated my stomach and had caused it to swell slightly. So it's back to liquids for 48hrs :(

Just annoying Becoz I don't know what I did to irritate it.

Hope you follow his advice to the letter! I irritated my band while on vacation last July and knew I should go back on liquids, but didn't. I did the exact same thing in October, and ended up with a slipped band, another surgery, and am just now trying to get back some restriction.

I won't make that mistake again!!
