im 25 years of age and i was banded march 30 2012 it is very different for me i can admit that i as a female have a relationship with food and over the course of time ive learned to control that emotion but not always i still have my moments of eating and not chewing as slowly as i should ive lost 80 pounds and scared that i could gain it back as i have before but this time i feel different i use my band as a learning tool a change in life that will help me the for the rest of it god willing its not like jenny greg were i lost weight then gained back lost then gained back hopefully i can be strong enough to keep going the only problems i do have is being a lil too tight then when i get unfilled too too lose due to allergies some days are worse then others i have ppl asking me how am i losing weight and others saying i should of done it on my own the problem for me was never losing weight it was keeping the weight off and fast food cokes evil lil red can full of sugar but encouragement always helps so if anyones needs a friend or vice versa lets help each other on this journey
