getting frustrated

Hey all. I just need to vent my frustration. I lost 30 pounds with my pre-op diet and havent lost since. I was banded on Nov 8. I'm 5.5 cc full in a 10 cc band. I'll admit at times I do have "junk" foods. But i'm trying to stick with the diet. I am also walking. Just frustrated because i dropped so quickly pre-op.

Do you log your food? You said you have junk foods at times, how much? how often? It's surprising how much we eat when we don't log it.

I log my food, everything, every day (I use myfitnesspal). I eat 1200 calories a day, about 60-70g of Protein.

Also you might talk with your doctor and/or a nutritionist, they can help you structure a meal plan.

Good luck to you.

Try new recipes www.skinnytaste.com is great site. If I helps, remember the pin endured to help u refocus. I swer I'm going to appreciate my goal weight more than I ever have!
