Bloating after 4 weeks?

I'm about 4 weeks post op and the bloating went down probably in my second week but the last couple of days I've been really bloated. Any thoughts as to why?

      Bloating can come at any time. Retaining fluids, period, eating too much salt. We all get bloated even me after three years. Just drink lots of water and it should help resolve its self.
