Hi,
I'm new to postings.
I've been banded about 18 months. I started off @272lbs and now about 230 lbs. I have gained about
10 lbs since my last office visit before Thanksgiving. I currently throw-up if I eat anything like meat or bagels
and I seem now to gravitate toward softer foods. My exercise has been down lately due to high workload. I don't know
if I should go back in to get adjusted tighter and need I some feedback.
