I couldn't eat much either. During the mushies phase I was averaging around 500 cals per day. I'm on solids now and averaging around 800-900 per day.

not to worry to much right yet, you are healing so eat good foods and as much as your doctor told you and rest the diet comes later this is stage 1.

I asked my doc about taking a fiber supplement so now I take two fiber gummies every day to supplement what I'm not getting from veggies.

Thanks...I am getting 350 to 500 calories...I'm starting to have some hungry spells but a bite or two of applesauce seems to do the trick also how do we get enough fiber? I am afraid to take fiber supplements ...might cause bloating.
