1 week post-op :)

I am happy to say I am starting to feel back to. my old self! I thought it was going to be a breeze, but boy was I wrong!! I just started full liquids so I'm excited about that!

You are in the rough zone. My first month was the toughest after that it's been easier, however I still fight with urges to eat when I am not really hungry and to eat things that I shouldn't.

Keep on walking the walk and the weight will come down!

9th day post op and I hear ya Jennie612 - I thought my first week would be easier than it was. I feel the best yet this morning. Almost back to normal...the new normal!
