My Dr. has absolutely no problem with regular coffee (I was worried he would since he is LDS), his only concern was hidden calories in what people put into it. I drink it 7 days a week.

Hi all. Need a little advice from you all. I am 8 weeks post op and have not had a single drink of soda. (Which was a necessity for me before surgery). My husband and I both drink coffee though and find we are wasting a lot because he has been having regular coffee and me decaf. We are thinking of going to 50/50 to not waste as much and to still allow him SOME caffeine. I know they say no caffeine postop, but would 50/50 coffee really hurt? I tend to have a cup or two each morning. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks so much!!
