60 to 80 grams of protein. 1000 calories. I get mine from 2 shakes with protein milk by bordons. Milk has 10 grams powder has 21.

I think it depends on your height, activity level, etc. My doctor recommended 70g of protein a day. But now that I am close to goal and exercising a lot, my doctor has me upping my calories and upping my protein. I get at least 80g a day now.

just depends on variances of all sorts (height/weight/your doctors instructions)

mine said to aim 70+ per day.....congrats on your surgery. this is going to be a great year for you :)

My Dr suggest at least 70 grams per day.If you're looking for High Protein in a low volume, GNC sells a "New whey liquid Protein" Its 42g protein, 180 calories. Comes very concentrated. Doesn't taste good to me, but lots of protein in a hurry.
