I use costco Premier Protein shakes. But there are many out there to try before surgery and then post-op. Ive used them since July 2012. I was banded on Aug. 6, 2012.

I used to add sf ff instant pudding mixes to my shakes until I looked at nutrition label and saw there is 300 gms of sodium in just one serving. I think there are 4 servings and this was jello brand I no longer use or suggest it. You can also try sf syrups like they use in coffee shops or pb2 if you like peanut butter.

Any suggestions on good Protein Shakes? I have to be on a 4 week Protein shake diet ðŸ˜'

I really like unjury chocolate. I make a cup of decaf coffee and a little bit of skim milk and some ice in the blender and it tastes like a frappuccino.

I saw someone posted a recipe for what tasted like a butterfinger shake. She used butterscotch pudding powder and chocolate powder with vanilla flavoring I think.

You will get board with plain shakes and start to experiment with flavors.

Good luck :D
