You go into your profile and click on right at Edit profile, when that opens in a blue box across top you will see My Surgery click on that and go down on the left to my surgeon and fill their info there and click save.

How u add their pic

IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

You can't add their picture. They have to update their profile. So you can ask your Dr if they will or not.

My Drs info is very old and his picture is not there and I keep forgetting to ask him if he'll update it.
