How do all do it

Hey all I was wondering how are you dealing with more than 2.5cc fill I mean I only got 2.5 on Tuesday and I can only tolerate liquids everything else mushies solids give me major discomfort. I can't even think what's happening with more than 2.5. Please share

I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work

As you lose weight the fat around the stomach gets smaller and the restriction around the band goes away...so it takes more to feel restriction.

That's why most drs start out slow and add fills as you need them

I had 4 fills in total...I have 7.5 cc in a 10 cc band.

I can eat anything except rice or apple skins... and no carbonated beverages.

I can eat just over a cup food.

I take bites the size of my baby finger nail and chew well and I make sure I finish what I have in my mouth before I take my second bite.

I've had no issues at all.

Thank you floridays BIG HUG!!!

IM MY OWN MOTIVATION

The fill amount varies widely by person. Just do what your doc says you need and what works for you. It is not a contest.
