Hiccups

I have lost 65 lbs since my surgery in August of 2011...I think this may be slower than most people but I am proud...my problem is, I constantly get the hick ups when I eat...at all! I just got a .5 cc fill a few days ago and seems like I have indigestion real bad! I don't want to have any fluid taken out because for 2 visits, I did not get a fill...and my weight stayed the same! What do I need to do?

Call your doctor!

i had a similiar issue; my doctor had me do liquids for 2 days; move to mushies for 1 one day; and then lectured me about CHEW, CHEW, CHEW and eating small bites (about the size of a pencil eraser). Good Luck

if in doubt, always call and ask you doctor as they can answer all your questions...i have hiccups also when i eat. that is my bands way of telling me i have had enough to eat. i also know it happens if you eat too fast or take too big a bite..
