Breakfast at work

Hey guys! I need ideas for stuff I can eat at work. I work at a hotel and I have to be there at 6am. So I usually eat breakfast pretty early. In bored with the same old stuff. I usuly eat oatmeal or a protein shake or random stuff. It's really hard too because I work in a coffee shop where we sell all kinds of pastries and biscuits and my oatmeal just does not cut it anymore lol! Any ideas??

Greek yougurt is good. I just posted a fritata recipe on my blog that is awesome and good left over - you could make that at night and have breakfast for 4 days.

Love the cook ahead idea. You could also do ham/turkey and cheese roll ups for a change.

Greek yogurt with half scoop protein powder mix; add walnuts and kashi go lean (about 1/2 cup). Splendra to taste.

Have it every weekday for lunch.

Oh that is a good idea. I will use that one:)

Michelle Bridges has some great healthy eating cookbooks with great breakfast , lunch and dinner ideas. Not sure of the name but preview it in iBooks

Don't forget there is no rule that says you have to eat breakfast food. I like tuna, chicken BBQ or salad, egg salad, beans etc.
