lots of incision pain :(

I'm 16 days post op and having a lot of pain in my largest incision. Took some pain meds, not touching it, in tears. Anyone have this problem?

    If you are having that much pain, you should contact your physician ASAP! It's possible you could have an infection. Check your temperature because he will probably want to know that.

    I agree call the doctor. The large incision is your port, and it takes a while to fully heal. The doc will know what to tell you.

    Called Dr. he said I may have over done it. I guess I'm not use to taking it easy. No fever, stomach still not right. I c Dr. Friday. Thanks!
