Soreness after fill

Had 4th fill on Friday and my port flipped. (This was the second time). My PA said that this could happen... Not often but does. So she had to push around on my port a lot wondering if that could be why I am sore in that area. Has anyone else have this happen...

My dr sews the port into the wall of the abdomen so I would think if it flipped it would be tender... I hope you fell better soon.

This just happened to me Thursday at my 2nd fill, 10 punctures and much pushing and prying, plus Dr has me lay on table and hold feet up about 6 inches off table. All I got was sore abs and port site, no fill and an appt Monday for Fluro and I hope and pray no revision surgery.

My port was also stitched down so we don't know what happened. Hoping for the best Monday!

Talk to the surgeon. You could get very sore if this continues.
