holiday sucks !

I was good during thanksgiving, however eating to much junk this xmas. Didn't think about how much i ate...this is why important overweight not making good choices..hopefully i can do better now the good food holidays are over.

It's hard during the holidays when we are tempted with lots of tasty treats not to fall back into our old ways. However, the easy at which we slip lets us know how strong or weak we are.

I was weak Christmas day. Now I know I must take precaution in the future during that day. I gained a bit during the holiday, but so what, I am back on track and taking it off again so all is good. The holiday isn't evil, the bad habits that are hard to break are.
