I was banded this morning at 8:45 n I'm feeling great. Thank you all for the support n prayers. I'm not sure if it was all the meds the doc gave me but so far no gas pain no incision pain. The worst part is the dry mouth n the sore throat n it's not bad at all. During pre-op in the hospital they gave me 2 different pain killers, 2 nausea pills, a patch for nausea that last 72 hours, volume, n they put Tylenol 3 in my IV. Been pretty drowsy. Overall I feel good n happy about my decision. I can't wait till I can start working out. The nurse said if I'm up to it can start taking walks outside tomorrow.
