Was banded10/31/12 and was down almost 40 lbs then in last week i have gained 4 lbs i have been careful with eating however i am not perfect. I am so sad that i have started to put weight back on. i have bronchitis and i am on antibiotics. I cant increase working out as i can barely breathe since im sick. What should i do. I do not feel content like i did intially i have had one fill on 12/11/12. My next fill is 1/9/13 i was only down 4lbs since my fill and have now put it all back on. Please help any words of advise or encouragement would be great!
