Progresso Lite soups

Has anyone tried the Progresso Lite soups? Tonight I had the Chicken and Dumplings. The whole can was 160 calories and was very filling and satisfying.

Oh you are so kind...thank you very much. I just love my band and want to tell the world..... Lol

I also like Amy's organic as well as progreso light.

So eating soups can be ok? How does that match the rules-protein, veggie, possible starch? New to this and I know I need lots of ideas for lunch at work.

I tend to stay away from soup. I feel like I have to drink liquid first and then eat the solids. Also soup tends to have lots of carbs and very little protein. Another thing to consider is you may feel full immediately after eating but will you still feel satisfied 4 hours later. My doctor even before restriction doesn't want me having snacks.

Usually when I have soups I add a meat or veggie crumble with it. Soup alone doesn't usually sustain me.
