What is the procedure for first visit?

Next week I have my first appointment with the surgery center. Could someone run me through the steps. I'm very shy and don't like to have to put on those thin and usually skimpy gowns. plus the thought on having people stand around inspecting me :) is almost traumatizing!

My first visit was just talking to the doctor and going over medical history I didn't have to put on any gown for any exam. He listened to my heart and that was all he did as far as exam.

I went yesterday for my first appointment. No gown here either. Got weighed as measured. They calculated my BMI and took my blood pressure. Then, I just talked to the dr. And insurance person :)

I'm newly banded (12/19), and the only time i've been in a gown with my surgeon was the day of surgery.
