Tummy virus

Sooo, I have a 24-48 hour bug and normally I would drink ginger ale but, with my band that is a no- no. What can I have? And I can't stand the taste of the spice ginger that stuff is disgusting. What are my options????

You can drink it if it's flat...I would suggest the diet kind tho... Hope you feel better
